Refund of original payment method

Customers may return any item purchased for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping charges paid for the original order will not be refunded. Items purchased from authorized dealers may be returned to the dealer in accordance with their respective return policies.

Warranty Exchange

Customers may replace any item purchased from an authorized retailer within 30 days of purchase with a qualified warranty replacement request.

Authorized Resellers

You can purchase a variety of products from our authorized dealers, both in-store and online. For products purchased from these dealers, we can only offer warranty replacements, not refunds. Any returns for a full refund will need to be made through a designated reseller and in accordance with their return policy.

Holiday Return Policy

The 30-day return and exchange policy will be extended during the holiday season. orders submitted between November 14 and December 14 will have until January 14 to request a return authorization. Please note that these returns must reach our warehouse by January 31 in order to receive a refund.
